Unboxing Video Requirement & Damage Reporting

Claims for Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

Report the issue to Pragathy Homeneeds within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your Order ID, clear photographs (if requested), and the original unboxing video.

Important

Claims submitted without a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation.
Complaints reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws or in cases of hidden manufacturing defects covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
